ANOUSHKA SHETTY

Hi, I'm Anoushka. I'm currently a third year student at the University of Toronto. I'm pursuing a double major in Criminology and Computer Science. I am passionate towards creating and designing projects that could help people. I aspire towards a career that could allow me to utilize my creativity on projects that could improve on everyday life. I love to try new things whenever the opportunity is given and I'm open to collaborate with new people. On my spare time, I enjoy painting, embroidery and watching movies, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

AI Voice Recognition

Inspired by Alexa, Siri and J.A.R.V.I.S from the MCU, created a AI voice recognition that takes in commands. A refresher for python and introduction to artificial intelligence

A backend created to mimic Steam. First time using Java as a backend and collaborating with a group of 4 [please contact me as its a private repo].

Using a web crawler to get information from the Stanford Database to create a website for dog illness prevention [collaboration with friend].

Programming Skills

I'm currently proficient at languages such as Python, Java, HTML and CSS. However, I am open to learn new languages as time goes by. Currently I am learning JavaScript, SQL, and Gatsby to improve on my programming skills.

Other skills also includes communication skills, organization, collaborative and problem solving abilities. Outside of these skills, I'm currently improving on my critical thinking skills and my presentational skills as well.
